Jon Tierney
Jon Tierney is an internationally certified IFMGA mountain guide and serves as the Educational Director of the PCIA. Jon began climbing in the mid 70's in central NH. With a passion for rock, ice and mountaineering his accomplishments as a climber and guide include multiple high altitude peaks, first ascents on rock and ice, and hundreds of multi-pitch rock and alpine routes worldwide.
Kaija Webster
Kaija Webster is the director of the Climbing School at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Her master's degree is in Outdoor Education and she has directed university-based outdoor and climbing programs for the past 15 years. She also spent a time as the owner of a small outdoor guiding company and retail store.
Todd Vogel
Todd Vogel is a mountain guide and outdoor instructor from California's Eastern Sierra. He owns Outdoor Link, llc, a respected outdoor education firm. He is an AMGA certified rock and alpine guide and has been a ski guide for over twenty years.
Glenn Pinson
Glenn is a former member of the Board of Directors for the PCIA. He is also the Operations Director for Peak Rescue Institute, a non-profit school dedicated to teaching rope rescue and related disciplines to individuals and organizations. He is a climbing and mountaineering guide and instructor.
Lauren Sigman
Lauren Sigman has over 20 years of experience in personal financial planning, mortgage finance and real estate. She created Sigman Financial Fitness® to work with entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals in Colorado looking for individualized, creative ways to manage their financial fitness, no matter what shape they're in.
Lisa Evans
Lisa Evans (founding board member, now retired from the board) has been climbing the last four years after a 23 year hiatus to raise her family. She climbed the Grand Teton (Petzoldt Ridge) the summer of 1977. Recently, her climbing locations have included Yosemite, Canada, Wyoming, Colorado, Red Rocks (Nevada), Cochise Stronghold, Mt. Lemon, and primarily Joshua Tree.
Will Friday
Will Friday is PCIA's Executive Director and Associate Director of Outdoor Link. He is a PCIA CWI Course Provider and a course provider candidate for PCIA's outdoor programs. Will is an avid climber, surfer, kayaker and telemark skier. The Sierra Nevada, Joshua Tree and the Santa Monica mountains are favorite climbing areas.
